Fee deposition Policy & Fines:

1) Fee shall be paid quarterly by 20th of first month of every quarter.
2) Fees can be paid Online (through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking), Cheque, Demand Draft or NEFT/RTGS or through e-challan.
3) A fine of Rs.500/- + GST will be charged, if the cheque is returned unpaid by the banker.
4) In case of any discrepancy in the Fee Bill, report at gbbicgrnoida@gmail.com or at account office of the school within 10 working days of Due Date.
5) While doing online payment, if amount debit once from the account and payment do not reflect on the fee portal than do not make the payment again. Sometimes due to some technical glitch transaction do not upload on the system automatically. In that case transaction will be uploaded manually after receiving the credit information from bank which will take at least three working days.
6) Fees up to the month of March to be cleared by 20th January for the classes 10 and 12 to complete the clearance formalities.
7) For New Admissions, the school fee will be charged from the beginning of the session (from April). On submission of the School leaving certificate,
8) All Hostellers will have to pay the hostel fee as per the schedule given. No withdrawal from the hostel will be permitted for senior classes. No fees will be refunded in case of withdrawal during the Academic year.
9) If fee is not paid on time, a fine of Rs. 20/- per day will be levied.
10) If the fee remains unpaid till one month, the name of pupil will be struck off from the college without any further notice.
11) If re-admission is sought, fresh re-admission fee of rupees 2000/- will have to be paid.
